Autumn is upon us so what is happening with the Employment Rights Bill now?

Autumn is now well and truly on us now that October has arrived news has come out that the House of Lords will meet on 28th of this month to give further consideration to suggested amendments to the eagerly awaited Employment Rights Bill. It is expected that once this happens Royal Assent will happen soon after giving rise to changes within a couple of months. Early changes to the law are most likely to be those affecting trade union rights including changes to balloting and notice arrangements. Time to closely keep up with changes as they happen and make sure your business is ready to deal with these changes.
